Last month CNN's Larry King Live program broadcast a special one hour program dedicated to UFO's and Roswell in particular. His round table of guests included Stanton Friedman, Jesse Marcel Jr and Micheal Shermer. You can see the full program at the following link, you can either download or use the flash video player provided. The program comes in three 20 minute parts: www.alienationsam.com/sightings_archive/page4/videopages/v63p1.htmlSam.

Well, what did you think of the show Sam. I know during Stan's interview he said Larry was not a very good moderator, and he felt the format included to many people talking at the same time in too short a time period. But did you like it? I thought, overall, it was a good show. It was good to see such a positive spin put on UFOlogy on a national network (CNN). Hopefully we will see more such programming in the future. DarkSkies

It was a good program from the point of view that this was a major network focusing on the subject without ridicule. However i agree with the point that Stanton made on my show, more time was needed to answer questions. Larry King at one point asks Stanton Friedman one of the why questions which is "Why cover it up" Stan began to answer the question. And then right way through the middle of the answer Stan was cut off due to a commercial break and never got to finish his answer.

FROM FALCON51..........I THINK LARRY KINGS ANNOUNCEMENT THAT HE WILL BE INTERVIEWING WRESTLERS ON HIS SHOW, SECONDS BEFORE THIS SHOW STARTED, MADE HIS INTERVIEW WITH THESE VERY IMPORTANT PEOPLE FROM THE UFO COMMUNITY, SOME WHAT OF A JOKE. I AM SURPRISED HE DID NOT MENTION THE EASTER BUNNY AND SANTA CLAUSE TOO. HE PURPOSEDLY DID THIS TOO DE- BUNK THE UFO SUBJECT. HE THINKS HE IS A SLY FOX BUT HE IS ONLY A HORSES ASS. I HOPE SOME OF YOU CAUGHT THIS. THE NUT FROM SKEPTICS MAGAZINE ALWAYS LETS EVERYONE KNOW HOW STUPID HE REALLY IS. I HAVE SEEN AND HEARD HIM MANY TIMES AND HE STILL COMES OFF AS AN IDIOT. THE SHOW WAS GOOD AND I THANK SAM WILLEY FOR LETTING US VIEW IT.

I don't understand why mentioning wrestlers before a UFO show is so bad. He was simply advertiseing another show that was going to be on in the future. For example last night on my radio show i mentioned a new radio show about movies i was doing i wasn't trying to be sly or anything i was just advertiseing another program.

I watched Larry King when he was talking about the Chris Benoit issue when he had wrestlers on the show. Other than that, I never watched him.
I tend to not watch television interviews, except in documentaries. The reason is just that, they can get cut off at any time because of commercial breaks and we won't hear what that person has to say.

from falcon51....... larry king mentioned something that everyone knows is fake, like wrestling, before the ufo interview.... it really downplayed the ufo interview as if ufo's are fake. its an old political trick....this is showing me that larry king is downplaying the ufo stuff for political reasons. i believe buzz the astronaut saw something but he denies it for political reasons too. he is part of the cover up......... .if i was a well known tv personality like larry king and i was going to interview sam willey about important ufo sighting....how would it feel if larry king said "well after this interview i will be interviewing " big foot " and next week don't miss " the real santa clause" it would make me feel very unimportant.........

I understand what you're saying but I don't agree. I think Larry was just mentioning an upcoming show on a very publicized story. I honestly don't think he mentioned it just to undermine the credibility of ufo's. He can barely give a descent interview on any topic let alone come up with something like that. How many countless times does Larry interrupt someone during a discussion just to ask an already answered question. He's just not that clever.

Hello Kaffie, I agree with your point on the wrestling advertisement issue i also don't believe that was meant to attack the UFO subject. And yeah i definitley don't think Larry is the brightest journalist on CNN or in the United States for that matter. ;D
